__________ $550 Supporter Sponsorship (Includes 1 table for 8 people and 16 drink tickets)

__________ $1,100 Corporate Sponsorship (Includes 1 table for 8 people, 2 bottles of wine, 16 drink tickets, 2 banners at event (1 inside pavilion {must be 4’ x 6’ horizontal}, 1 outside)

__________ $1,500 Premium Sponsorship (includes 2 tables for 8 people each, 6 bottles of wine, 32 drink tickets, 2 banners placed in pavilion at event {must be 4’ x 6’ horizontal} and 1 banner outside and logo is placed on all media).
